What is your turnaround time for web services?

The typical time frame for new website development can range from one week to several weeks depending on the requirements of the project. The same will apply for many other services.

Small projects like changes to a website or modifications to a small number of photos can usually be completed within the same business day.

EdmontonWebmaster.com was incorporated 15 years ago and is owned and operated by Harry Niemi. The business provides Web services to several commercial clients in Edmonton and area and has built a reputation by providing premium service quality.

As a rule, Harry has direct involvement in every aspect of the business. He has a professional marketing background and over 15 years of coding, web development, and search engine optimization experience.

He is an avid photographer, gardener and motorcycle enthusiast.

Currently, our objectives are aimed at custom video post-production for on line advertising.

What types of payments do you accept?

For new customers, we require payment in advance by Interac or by certified company cheque. If you wish to make payments through PayPal or a credit card, a 2 1/2% fee will be applied as an extra charge.

Once your account is established, you can pay with a regular company cheque or with one of the other methods.

How do I pay for web development?

We require a 50% deposit to start a new project with the remaining 50% due upon upload.

How do I pay for monthly SEO services?

All monthly services are invoiced on the initial date of the month when the service commences and payment is due upon receipt unless we have agreed to different terms in writing. Future invoices are issued prior to the anniversary date monthly.

How do I pay for video or photo creation?

The pricing will vary based on what is required for each individual project. We will provide a firm price quotation based on what you provide and what the desired outcome is. Initially, a 50% deposit will be required with the balance due upon completion.

How do I pay for social media and ad campaigns?

The pricing will vary based on what is required. We have standard pricing on our pricing page and will provide a firm price quotation based on added requirements.

The initial setup fee is due in full prior to starting a campaign and monthly charges for the ads can be paid directly to the supplier or to us if we have set up an agreement to that effect.

Monthly management fees are payable upon receipt.

Renewals and Cancellations?

All renewals are automatic. Services automatically renew at the end of each term for an additional term until we are notified of your wish to end service. This policy applies to all renewable agreements including monthly, quarterly and annually.
